Why is life so randomly odd? Or is it oddly random? I think the more you try to make sense out of things the more you forget it's not supposed to make sense.

mortality is a framework.
if you disbelieve the immortality of the soul, mortality is a curse and a tragedy.
if you understand the immortality of the soul, mortality is a blessing and a relief and simply a state of being.
if you learn to relate the the mortal and the immortal, worlds of wisdom and humility open up to you.
