She looks like Sister
Not only is Sister a founding member of the new IDE* movement, she's also a practitioner. (IDE: That's Intelligently Designed Evolution.) In short, like Mr. Bunny and Phelgm before her, she's evolved.)
Ooh..so how come these three characters have the ability to evolve and not TTD?
Oops, I mispoke. The new Mr. Bunny and Phelgm replaced earlier characters. Sister, though, evolved. As far as I know, she is the only one of the bunch with the wisdom to set in motion the possibility (but not the certainty) of personal transformation.
